Menu Tasting Classes

Venues often offer a menu tasting to customers as a way for them to become familiar with the food. Often it is a gesture of good will. It is important that you are simulating the same scenarios that your guests will be experiencing otherwise it isn’t a proper tasting. Often when you are tasting multiple items it becomes confusing.

Hire us for this service and we will work with you to lend clarity and consistency to your menu choices. You will leave the tasting with many helpful hints to use in future tastings. During the session we will make recommendations on substitutions and discuss presentation and flow of event. This service will make your planners more objective when they are doing this culinary task.
